Mentoring to Manhood is a nonprofit organization that focuses on the development of African-American boys between the ages of 14 and 18 through interaction with committed and conscientious adult male role models.

With the understanding that inside each boy is a "man of excellence," we help these boys discover their own individual strengths, talents and gifts. Armed with this information, these boys can then develop positive life skills and goals that can be expressed throughout their lives and shared within their communities.

MTM Accepted into the Combined Federal Campaign

We are very pleased that federal employees can now make one-time or ongoing donations to Mentoring to Manhood through their workplace. You can assist us in delivering valuable tutoring and mentoring programs, as well as a caring touch to middle and high school boys with untapped potential.
